The story of “Rich Dad Poor Dad” is really a story about two different fathers with two sets of different values and advice.
Poor dad always said go to school, get good grades, get a high paying, work hard and save money and have a good retirement. My rich dad however said you probably wont get rich doing that, very few people get rich following this plan.
If you take a look at a 40-year run of the dollar. The dollar is designed economically to lose money every year, so why would you save something that loses money every year? What this means is that with somebody on retirement plans is that after you retire the value of your dollar goes down and your cost of living goes down.
Cash Flow Quadrant:
The quadrant is made up of the 4 type of people that make of the world of business.
1. Employee or (E): An employee can be classified as someone who is looking for a safe secure business with benefits.
2. Small Business Owner or Self Employed (S): These are the type of people that rather work solo “If you want something done right, do it yourself.
3. Business (B): Big Business or like Bill Gates. These people are looking for a good system and the smartest people to run the company for them.
4. Investor (I): These type of people have money hard for them.
Early on in my life, it was my poor dad that always said to go to school and get a high paying job. My poor dad wanted job security, promotions, a steady paycheck etc..
My rich dad said if you really want to be rich learn how to build business. Something you can own and pass on generation to generation to your kids. My rich dad always asked me why would you work hard for something you could get fired from at anytime or will never own? My Rich dad suggested I learned how to be a business owner and an investor.
One of the reasons I consider a direct selling business a perfect business is simply because the company will work directly with you to make you rich. Remember it’s not money that makes you rich, it’s business skills that make you rich.
The other part of it is the low startup cost. Where else can you build your own business for under $500?
One of the beauties of a Network Marketing company is that you can do it for a very low cost. If you were to start a Microsoft it would cost you hundreds of millions of dollars. A network marketing company allows you to start at a very low rate and allows you to transition over to the other side of the quadrant.
Once you see the value behind business you will be come unstoppable. A good network marketing company gives you time to transition over and at a low startup cost. Why work so hard at something you will never own? You don’t have much control in the corporate ladder- it just makes since to own your business.

I understood that the efforts is more of less the same!!! you make most of your money placing and add and giving free bits away to get new possible customers!!!
If I start with $300 or $1000 0r $5000 the work need to do is the same! Why the level of income depend of your level of effort????? I thought that you will make more money because you will invest more…the work is always the same.
Bringing people to the business it will help the ones who invest more or the ones invest less….right????

I think by effort they mean being committed to putting your add in EVERYDAY and recruiting others. Yes, you will still make money if you just put in you daily ad and not recuit anyone, but everytime you do recruit someone the company will match a certain percentage of their subscription fees and money they put in for sample bids and pay them to you in commissions, increasing your bid bank, an,d, therefore, the amount of money you make each day from the retail pool. Even though the work and opportunities are the same for everyone, not everyone does the work. Many people don’t put in their ads daily, don’t recruit, and buy the minnimum amount of bids so they don’t make as much as those who are more committed.
They state this because no income is guaranteed & that every individual needs to work within the system. Yes you can earn by placing your ad & the more bids you purchased the more you will earn quicker, but it is also important to find customers & affilaites.
